Beijing Lawyers Association has decided to expand the talent pool of foreign-related lawyer of Beijing Lawyers Association on the basis of the current situation, in order to strengthen the construction of foreign-related legal service team, cultivate and reserve a number of high-quality foreign-related lawyer talents who are familiar with international rules and have a global perspective and international vision, provide optimal legal services for China’s major development strategies such as construction of “One Belt and One Road”, for “going global” of the Chinese enterprises and citizens, and for China’s major foreign-related economic and trade activities and diplomatic work, so as to improve the talent reserve mechanism of foreign-related legal service, enrich the talent team of foreign-related lawyers in Beijing, improve the level of foreign-related legal services and international influence in Beijing, give full play to the leading role of lawyers in the Capital of China, and promote the development of foreign-related legal service business in Beijing.

Recently, Beijing Lawyers Association released the List of Talent Pool of Foreign-related Lawyers of Beijing Lawyers Association, and 10 lawyers from TAHOTA (Beijing) Law Firm were included.

In recent years, along with further promotion of “one belt and one road” strategy, the international business sector of TAHOTA has developed rapidly, with its services covering overseas investment and cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the real estate, mining, aviation, finance and tourism industries. It also has the team strength to undertake large cross-border mergers and acquisitions projects and handle complex cross-border disputes.
