Recently, Tahota has attended the legal adviser competitive employment given by Chengdu Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Tianfu New Area. After comprehensive examination and comparison, Tahota was successfully employed by Chengdu Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Tianfu New Area as the perennial legal adviser. The two sides have recently signed the Perennial Legal Adviser Contract.

Tianfu New Area is a state-level new area approved and established by the State Council. It has a population of about 6 million. It is made up of the south part of Chengdu Hi-tech Zone, Shuangliu County, Longquanyi District, Xinjin County, Ziyang City, Jianyang City, Pengshan District of Meishan City and Renshou County. It covers a planning area of 1,578 km2, of which 1,293 km2 is in Chengdu, accounting for about 81% of the whole planning area of Tianfu New Area.

   The part of Tianfu New Area in Chengdu is meant to be a leading science development area of West China, an important portal of west inland opening, a demonstration area of urban-rural integration development, a modern industry center with international competitiveness, a state technology innovation and industrialization base and an international modern new city area. It will become an important center with fast economic development in West China. Sichuan Province has planned many strategies to ensure the development of this part and it will become the most active new area in Chengdu-Chongqing economic zone.

To guarantee the early realization of development strategies and fast advancement of economy of this new area, Tahota has chosen over ten senior lawyers from the government legal affair department, the international business department, the company commerce department and the intellectual property department and sent them as a working group to provide high-quality, high-efficiency and all-sided legal service for Tianfu New Area. This is the second time that Tahota has served as the perennial legal adviser of a state-level new area after the first time with Chongqing Liangjiang New Area. It means Tahota has made further development and improvement in terms of government legal affairs.
